Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will replace or refund damaged items as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Return to Sender / Incorrect Address

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
