When your item has been received by customs, it has been “bagged” for international shipment. Once the package has arrived at its destination country, the postal service there must check it in after it has gone through customs. This process can take a few days or even weeks, so please be patient if it appears that your item hasn’t moved. Both sides are working hard and have their own specific processes that are out of our control.
